What are the delivery charges?
Mibah provides Free Delivery for all items if your total order amount is more than Rs. 500. Otherwise Rs. 50/- is charged towards shipping charges.
No additional charges for Cash On Delivery.
What is the estimated delivery time?
If the item is in stock, it will be delivered in 5-7 days from the order date. While most items are delivered in 5-7 days, there are a few designs that may be delivered in 7-10 days. The accurate delivery time is mentioned on the respective page. For designs with size options, please select the required size and the current delivery estimate will be displayed below the availability message.
How will the delivery be done?
We send all packages via reputed couriers such as Blue Dart, Delivery etc.
What about warranty and hidden costs?
There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final price including taxes. What you see is what you pay! Our prices include GST only.
How do I track my shipment?
Mibah uses only reputed couriers. We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking.
What pin codes do you ship to?
Mibah has Cash On Delivery option available on selected pin codes. To check the availability of COD service, please put your pincode while making the purchase.
Can I cancel my order in case I change my mind after ordering?
The customer can only cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be processed after 24 hours. Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 4 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund as per refund policy. You will be notified for the same.
Why a “24 Hour” deadline?
As soon as your order is confirmed, action is initiated at our end. The process of picking, packaging, customizing and logistics start, and the ordered product in most cases has already passed through a couple of phases.
Cancellation before product has shipped?
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
Cancellation after product has shipped?
If your product has shipped we may not be able to accept your cancellation request, please contact Customer Service and they shall be able to work out a solution for you.
Return/ Cancellation Policy
Returns, Refunds and Replacement
We have a customer friendly return policy and accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery for any reason. However, for the missing product, you have to report us within 24 hours.
To Return a product you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Initiate a Return by clicking on return Button
Step 2: Once we receive your request, a case ticket shall be generated and our executive shall review your case and shall provide you an amicable solution. You shall have three options for your Refund
Bank Transfer for Cash on Delivery Orders
Refund to your Bank by Payment Gateway for Prepaid Orders
The return shipping cost is to be borne by customer.for return shipping reimbursement, customer is required to share the copy of Return shipping courier receipt at [email protected]
Step 3: You shall then be provided with a Return shipping address to return the items back to us. Please put the product in its original packaging and seal it well. Make sure you bubble wrap it so that product doesn’t get damaged during the return transit. Ship the product to the mailing address mentioned and send us an email to [email protected] with the courier tracking details. Without tracking number, product can’t be tracked and can be lost in transit.
Once the product has reached and it is inspected to be free from any defect, your refund shall be authorized. Following can be the tentative timelines for Refund to reflect in your Bank Account

While we shall try to accommodate all your return requests, we may not be able to accept return or replacement request under this 7 Day Return Guarantee:
Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
Any product that has been washed
Any product not in its original condition
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
Any product without a valid and readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
If customer denies to accept the shipment, after the order has been shipped or is about to be delivered, then Mibah is not responsible for any kind of refund or replacement.
